Die <strong>Nutzungsgeb\u00fchr betr\u00e4gt 100 Euro<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dienstag, Mittwoch, Donnerstag und Freitag<\/strong> kann der Platz <strong>bis 12:30<\/strong> <strong>Uhr <\/strong>genutzt werden. Die Nutzungsgeb\u00fchr betr\u00e4gt<strong> 50 Euro<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Nutzungsbedingungen:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Der Platz <strong>eignet<\/strong> sich f\u00fcr Kinder ab dem <strong>Schulalter.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Nutzung NUR<\/strong> f\u00fcr <strong>Kinder- und Klassenfeste f\u00fcr Kinder bis 13 Jahre <\/strong>und<strong> maximal 50 Personen.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Sowohl die Nutzer*innen als auch das Utopia k\u00f6nnen die Reservierung <strong>bis 4 Wochen vor dem Termin kostenfrei stornieren<\/strong>. Sollte der reservierte Termin danach abgesagt oder nicht wahrgenommen werden, wird die Nutzungsgeb\u00fchr nicht zur\u00fcckerstattet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Allgemeines:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Die Schl\u00fcssel\u00fcbergabe und Platzeinweisung erfolgt am Freitag vor Ihrer Reservierung um 13 Uhr gegen die Kaution von 100 Euro.<br \/><\/strong>Bei ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfer Hinterlassung des Platzes erh\u00e4lt man diese bei der R\u00fcckgabe des Schl\u00fcssels zur\u00fcck. Die Kaution wird bei Nicht-Beachtung der \u00dcberlassungsvereinbarung einbehalten (z.B.: Veranstaltung f\u00fcr \u00fcber 13-j\u00e4hrige, M\u00fcll nicht entsorgt oder Sch\u00e4den am Platz).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>P\u00e4dagogische Betreuung:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Es findet keine p\u00e4dagogische Betreuung statt.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Was steht zur Verf\u00fcgung:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Das <strong>Au\u00dfengel\u00e4nde<\/strong> des Abenteuerspielplatzes.<\/li>\n<li>Ein <strong>Pavillon mit Biertischgarnituren.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Eine <strong>kleine H\u00fctte (4mx 4m) <\/strong>mit Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Holzofen \u2013 Holz muss selbst mitgebracht werden.<\/li>\n<li>Ein <strong>Grill<\/strong> \u2013 f\u00fcr Holzkohle und Anz\u00fcnder ist selbst zu sorgen.<\/li>\n<li>Eine <strong>Spielkiste<\/strong> in der H\u00fctte mit einigen Spielutensilien (z.B. B\u00e4lle, Tau etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Zwei <strong>Herdplatten<\/strong>, ein Wasserkocher, eine Kabeltrommel und ein K\u00fchlschrank mit Gefrierfach in der H\u00fctte.<\/li>\n<li>Eine<strong> Wasserstelle <\/strong>im Freien.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Toiletten<\/strong> befinden sich im roten Haupthaus.<\/li>\n<li>Eine<strong> Lagerfeuerstelle,<\/strong> das Holz muss mitgebracht werden und es bedarf einer Einweisung durch unser Personal.<\/li>\n<li>Unsere <strong>Wasserrutsche<\/strong> kann f\u00fcr<strong> 30 Euro mit genutzt werden. <\/strong>Nach der Bezahlung bekommen sie eine Einweisung durch unser Personal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Was ist noch zu beachten:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>M\u00fcll<\/strong> \u2013 M\u00fcll und Abfall, der w\u00e4hrend der Veranstaltung entsteht, m\u00fcssen die Veranstalter*innen selbst wieder mitnehmen (Zigarettenkippen, Deko jeder Art, Luftballons, S\u00fc\u00dfigkeiten Verpackungen etc.). Bitte daf\u00fcr <strong>nicht unsere M\u00fclltonnen<\/strong> am Eingang nutzen! Das Benutzen von Konfetti und \u00e4hnlichem ist auf dem gesamten Gel\u00e4nde untersagt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Musikanlagen<\/strong> &#8211; Die Verwendung von Musikanlagen ist auf dem gesamten Gel\u00e4nde untersagt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gefahren<\/strong> \u2013 der\/die Veranstalter*innen muss seine G\u00e4ste auf m\u00f6gliche Gefahren hinweisen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Parken<\/strong> \u2013 Die Veranstalter*innen d\u00fcrfen mit <strong>einem<\/strong> PKW zum Be- und Entladen auf den ASP fahren. Danach darf das Auto nur auf der Teerfl\u00e4che geparkt werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ruhest\u00f6rung<\/strong> &#8211; Achten Sie darauf, dass es bei der Veranstaltung zu keiner Ruhest\u00f6rung kommt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Feuerwehranfahrtszone<\/strong> &#8211; Der Zufahrtsweg zum Haus ist Gehweg und Feuerwehranfahrtszone.
